Charlotte has over 30 years’ experience in working with children and families in a variety of settings including special school, semi-secure provision and primary mainstream education. As a regional leader of education and executive headteacher of a school in one of the most deprived areas in Birmingham, she is passionate about living out the vision of the trust Transforming lives through excellent education rooted in love, and inspiring other leaders to lead compassionately and with determination. Charlotte is a church school inspector and works for the national SIAMS inspection team (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist schools).
